USING BOO BOO BUTTER
Gentle is the key. Sit with your dog and maintain a quiet, calm demeanor. We live in busy times and the tendency is to slap the dog balm on and go on with our day. This is a time to slow down and be mindful of their discomfort. Your focus on them will help relieve your dog’s stress of not only being uncomfortable, but having the painful area “messed with.”
So, be calm and yes, carry on.
Carefully clean the affected area using a gentle, mild soap, an organic wipe or just cool water. Let it dry completely before application.
Apply BOO BOO BUTTER™ liberally to the affected area and allow the organic goodies to work their magic. Give a cookie, feed their dinner, give them a treat or play with your dog a bit after application. Apply 2-3x a day or as needed (that always sounds vague, but each issues is different, of course).
Some problems may be lifelong conditions, try not and be discouraged if it seems it gets better then flares back up. Personally, I am not the best at long-term care on myself or anyone else. So, I feel your pain on having to do something everyday for long periods of time. Think of it like this – brushing, flossing and waterpik-ing is just something you do everyday and so may be applying a product for an issue with your dog. Did that help? Hey, don’t throw stuff!
