Many of our products come with a 14 day no quibble, no questions asked returns policy.
We accept returns on unused, unsoiled items, re-saleable in their original packaging within 14 days of purchase. Upon receipt of returns, a refund will be given within 48 hours (excluding weekends and bank holidays).
All Refunds will be made excluding all original postage and packaging costs that were incurred, INCLUDING purchases with ‘FREE’ postage where postage costs have been incorporated into the purchase price.
Please Note: If items are returned damaged and/or used, they will be refunded at the ‘used’ price.
All returns are to be agreed by us prior to being returned
– Items to be returned must be in unused and original sealed packaging and your order number with returned parcel so we can easily find your order to issue refund. (If no order number is sent with parcel this will delay the refund process)
– Delivery and return postage to be paid by buyer.
– Buyer will receive a full refund of the cost of the item less all shipping costs once the return has been received by ourselves. We advise to send all items back to us with either a tracked or signed for service

– Whelping Supplies
– Feeding bottles

– Puppy/Kitten Supplements

RETURN TO SENDER ITEMS
ITEMS NOT DELIVERED OR RE ARRANGED FOR DELIVERY AFTER 5 DAYS WILL BE RETURNED TO US. ANY RETURN TO SENDER ITEMS WILL INCUR CHARGES THESE ARE MINIMUM OF £4.40 FROM ROYAL MAIL AND MINIMUM £5.78 FOR OTHER COURIERS. INTERNATIONAL RETURNS WILL INCURE A MINIMUM OF £10.99 (THIS WILL VARY DEPENDING ON ACTUAL COST OF POSTAGE TO SEND ITEM OUT TO CUSTOMER) THIS CHARGE WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM YOUR REFUND. DELIVERY CHARGES TO RESEND ITEMS BACK OUT ARE TO BE PAID BY THE CUSTOMER.
YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE TO ENSURE YOU MAKE YOURSELF AVAILABLE FOR THE DELIVERY. ALL TRACKING NUMBERS IF APPLICABLE ARE UPDATED ON YOUR ORDER FOR YOU TO CHECK STATUS ONCE YOUR ORDER IS DESPATCHED.
